My Hair Part 2

My hair is still falling out :(
I have however toned it again using my Knight and Wilson toner in Steel Blue, now this toner is not for you if your not looking for a blue tinge to your hair.
I don't mind this as for me this usually fades to a nice ashy grey. I would however advise that if you have thicker than average hair you will need two boxes of dye. These will lift your hair and will slightly lighten any natural hair, if you are blonde and have any regrowth this will lighten.
I personally tend to only use these toners when I've had my hair lightened to achieive the right colour and just keep it grey/purple using my Fudge Violet toning shampoo.
The colour lasts on average two weeks depending on the health of your hair and how often you wash it.
With regards to my hair loss I've been doing some research and have decided to try the Alpecin caffeine shampoo. I've also been reccomended marine collagen is great for hair growth. Anyone have any experience with this, it's pretty expensive so I don't want to throw money away if it's not going to help, I spend a pretty penny on vitamins already.
If anyone is interested in how to get grey hair leave a comment I may be able to help you :)
I have put a picture below of my hair before and after using the toner, the splodge of blue on the left hand side of my head may just be due to the lighting as it's not there in real life. The overall colour hasn't changed it has however helped to blend my roots to the lengths.
